%X 通过对固体小火箭加载过程中螺纹、弹簧垫圈及密封圈的受力情况进行分析,得出了加载过程中螺纹、弹簧垫圈及密封圈所受力与拧紧扭矩之间的关系,将加载过程分为四个阶段,绘制出了加载过程中的“扭矩–角度”理想曲线。通过对理想曲线每个阶段曲线的斜率进行分析,得出加载过程中开始接触密封圈位置时的角度值,计算得出密封圈压缩量。通过本方法获取密封圈压缩量不需再对固体小火箭进行测量、标记及计算,降低了劳动强度,避免了多次测量所带来的测量误差,实现了固体小火箭密封圈压缩量的在线实时精确测量。

Online and real-time measurement is a small solid rocket is sealed compression. The method of the invention can be used as criterion of rockets tightening detection.
