Calculation of Structural Load Strength of Hexacopter Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with Simulation %A 庄智颖 %A 李洪昆 %A 林明灶 %J Mechanical Engineering and Technology %P 290-304 %@ 2167-6623 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/met.2025.143028 %X 本文主要使用SolidWorks仿真设计一种六旋翼无人机,安装多功能挂载结构,并仿真计算载荷强度。本设计具有安装孔位,可以根据使用需求安装相应的工作模块,可根据硬件选择,设计无人机的各个零件。通过ANSYS进行有限元仿真,观察在最大载重情况下,无人机整体的机械结构以及多功能挂载结构的情况,最后针对仿真结果进行相应的优化设计,完成多功能的六旋翼无人机载物平台结构设计。
This paper mainly uses SolidWorks to design a six-rotor drone with a multi-function payload structure, and calculate the load strength with simulation, which has installation holes for work modules to be installed according to usage needs. Based on hardware selection, the paper designs various parts of the drone, and then conducts finite element simulation using ANSYS to observe the mechanical structure and multi-function payload structure of the drone as a whole in the case of maximum payload. Finally, the paper optimizes the design based on the simulation results to complete the design of the multi-function six-rotor drone structure. %K 六旋翼无人机, %K 多重挂载结构, %K 静力学仿真, %K 结构设计
