%X 互联网、大数据与人工智能等新一代信息技术,正逐步成为推动社会变革、经济高质量增长,实现乡村振兴战略目标的关键驱动力。其中,农村电子商务的数字化升级不仅是现代农业转型的关键环节,更是全面推进乡村振兴和建设“数字乡村”的核心支撑。通过技术赋能,传统农产品的流通、交易、营销与服务模式正在被全面重塑。探索“人工智能 + 农村电子商务”模式中的宏观环境如政治、经济、社会文化、技术方面,进而得出目前农村电子商务所面临的问题并提出相应的优化方案。
The new generation of information technology, such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, is gradually becoming the key driving force to promote social change, high-quality economic growth, and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization. Among them, the digital upgrading of rural e-commerce is not only a key link in the transformation of modern agriculture, but also the core support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and the construction of “digital villages”. Through the empowerment of technology, the circulation, trading, marketing and service models of traditional agricultural products are being comprehensively reshaped. This paper explores the macro environment such as political, economic, social, cultural and technological aspects in the “artificial intelligence + rural e-commerce” model, and then obtains the current problems faced by rural e-commerce and proposes corresponding optimization schemes.
