SWOT Analysis and Path Exploration of Digital Economy Empowering County Economic Resilience Improvement %A 李子豪 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 304-316 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1461742 %X 在当今时代，数字经济以前所未有的速度席卷全球，成为驱动经济增长与转型的关键力量。以互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等为代表的数字技术，不仅重塑了传统产业的生产方式和发展模式，还为县域经济的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。本文梳理了数字经济与县域经济韧性的研究文献，根据数字经济和县域经济韧性的内涵，建构多维指标体系，测度出我国2014~2022年1453个县的数字经济发展水平和经济韧性水平；此外，运用固定效应模型，分析数字经济对县域经济韧性的影响，并用多种方法进行稳健性检验；同时，根据县域的特点分为不同样本，分析其影响的异质性。基于此，本文运用SWOT分析方法系统探讨了数字经济赋能县域经济韧性提升的优势、劣势、威胁及机遇，并提出了数字经济赋能县域经济韧性提升的实践路径，主要包括：梯度协同的数字基础设施布局、要素市场化配置的深度改革、数字安全与韧性网络的耦合、创新生态的协同演化和多层级韧性能力的系统培育。
In today’s era, the digital economy is sweeping the world at an unprecedented speed and has become a key force driving economic growth and transformation. Digital technologies represented by the Internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have not only reshaped the production mode and development mode of traditional industries, but also brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the county economy. This paper reviews the research literature on digital economy and county economic resilience, constructs a multi-dimensional index system according to the connotation of digital economy and county economic resilience, and measures the level of digital economy development and economic resilience of 1453 counties in China from 2014 to 2022. In addition, the fixed-effect model is used to analyze the impact of digital economy on the resilience of county economy, and a variety of methods are used to test the robustness. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the county, different samples were divided into different samples, and the heterogeneity of their effects was analyzed. Based on this, this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to systematically discuss the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of digital economy to improve county economic resilience, and proposes the practical path of digital economy to empower county economic resilience improvement, mainly including: gradient collaborative digital infrastructure layout, in-depth reform of factor market-oriented allocation, coupling of digital security and resilience network, co-evolution of innovation ecology and systematic cultivation of multi-level resilience capabilities. %K 数字经济， %K 县域经济韧性， %K SWOT分析
