Research on the Influence of Digital Capability on Enterprise Innovation Performance %A 张毅宁 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 277-289 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1461739 %X 本文构建数字化能力与企业创新绩效的理论模型,研究数字化能力以及动态能力对企业创新的具体影响。通过调查问卷分析得出研究结果:(1) 在数字化能力的两个维度中,数字化技术能力和管理能力对企业创新绩效存在正向促进关系;(2) 动态能力中的组织重构、资源整合以及机会感知能力对创新绩效有着明显的正向促进作用;(3) 数字化能力对动态能力存在正向促进关系;(4) 动态能力在其中起中介作用。因此企业要提高企业创新绩效可从数字化能力入手来提升动态能力。
This study constructs a theoretical model examining the relationship between digital capabilities and corporate innovation performance, specifically investigating the impacts of digital capabilities and dynamic capabilities on enterprise innovation. The analysis of survey data reveals the following findings: (1) Among the two dimensions of digital capabilities, both technological and managerial digital capabilities exert positive influences on corporate innovation performance; (2) Dynamic capabilities, categorized into three dimensions organizational reconfiguration, opportunity sensing, and resource integration, demonstrate significant positive effects on innovation performance; (3) Digital capabilities positively promote the development of dynamic capabilities; (4) Dynamic capabilities play a mediating role in this process. Consequently, enterprises should enhance their digital capabilities to improve dynamic capabilities, thereby further elevating innovation performance. %K 数字化能力, %K 创新绩效, %K 动态能力
