%X 自人类社会迈入21世纪的门槛以来&#65292;大数据、互联网、人工智能等数字技术犹如涌动的洪流&#65292;奔腾不息地向前发展。如何推动企业成功开展数字化转型&#65292;已然成为各界共同关注的焦点话题。本文将基于数字化转型相关论述&#65292;提出了企业大数据分析能力对企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响和大数据驱动运营创新在企业大数据分析能力与企业创新绩效之间具有中介效应的研究假设&#65292;建立理论研究模型&#65292;采用问卷调查的方法进行数据收集&#65292;并借助SPSS软件工具进行数据分析。通过这一系列的探索研究&#65292;本研究旨在揭示企业数字化转型过程中大数据分析能力对企业创新绩效的影响机制以及大数据驱动创新在其中的中介作用。研究结果表明&#65306;1) 大数据分析能力对企业的创新绩效产生积极影响&#65307;2) 大数据驱动的运营创新在连接企业的大数据分析能力与创新绩效间发挥着中介效应。根据研究结果可以更好地指导企业实践以及为数字化转型学术研究提供新的视角和思路。<br>Since human society entered the threshold of the 21st century, digital technologies such as big data, the Internet, and artificial intelligence have been developing like a surging torrent. How to promote the successful digital transformation of enterprises has become a focal point of concern for all sectors. This article will be based on discussions related to digital transformation, proposing research hypotheses that the ability of enterprise big data analysis has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, and that big data-driven operational innovation has a mediating effect between enterprise big data analysis ability and innovation performance. A theoretical research model will be established, and data will be collected through questionnaire surveys and analyzed using SPSS software tools. Through this series of exploratory studies, this research aims to reveal the impact mechanism of big data analysis capabilities on innovation performance in the process of enterprise digital transformation, as well as the mediating role of big data-driven innovation in it. The research results indicate that: 1) Big data analysis capabilities have a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises; 2) Big data-driven operational innovation plays a mediating role in connecting the big data analysis capabilities and innovation performance of enterprises. Based on the research results, it can better guide enterprise practices and provide new perspectives and ideas for academic research on digital transformation.
