%X 直升机教养往往表现为干预或为子女本可独立完成的任务提供不必要的帮助&#65292;该教养方式主要表现为高控制、高温暖、低自主性支持&#65292;尤其在子女进入大学等成人初显期阶段更为显著。本文采用文献梳理的方式探究直升机教养&#65292;主要分析直升机教养的概念、测量工具、理论基础、成因等相关研究内容&#65292;并总结直升机教养的研究现状&#65292;探讨未来在心理学领域中直升机教养研究发展方向。<br>Helicopter parenting is often characterized by intrusive involvement or providing unnecessary assistance with tasks that children could complete independently. This parenting style is typically marked by high control, high warmth, and low autonomy support, and becomes particularly prominent during emerging adulthood, such as when children enter college. This paper adopts a literature review approach to examine helicopter parenting by analyzing key aspects including its conceptualization, measurement tools, theoretical foundations, and underlying causes. Furthermore, it summarizes the current state of research on helicopter parenting and discusses potential directions for future studies within the field of psychology.
