Design and Research of Fitness Power Generation Washing Machine %A 黎楚婧 %A 孟令启 %J Instrumentation and Equipments %P 101-109 %@ 2332-7006 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/iae.2025.132014 %X 本文提出了一种创新的健身发电洗衣机设计方案,致力于将健身运动与洗衣功能有机融合,并秉持节能、环保与健康的核心设计理念。该方案通过将人体运动产生的机械能转化为电能,并引入了飞轮技术,在健身自行车传动系统不变的前提下,进行了结构、储能等的改进。在设计过程中,采用模块化设计思路,将系统划分为动力转换模块、发电模块、洗衣模块以及控制系统。该方案具备节能环保、结构简洁以及操作便捷等显著优势。
This paper proposes an innovative design scheme of fitness power generation washing machine, which is committed to the organic integration of fitness exercise and washing function, and adheres to the core design concept of energy saving, environmental protection and health. By converting the mechanical energy generated by human movement into electrical energy, and introducing the flywheel technology, the scheme improves the structure and energy storage of the fitness bicycle without changing the transmission system. In the design process, the system is divided into power conversion module, power generation module, laundry module and control system using modular design idea.
