Research on the Innovation Path of Business and Finance Integration of Retail Enterprises under the Background of Digital Transformation—Taking Enterprise A as an Example %A 严苗丹 %A 王静 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 41-47 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1461709 %X 在数字经济时代浪潮驱动下,零售企业依托业财融合实现价值重构与运营效能提升已成为提高核心竞争力的重要路径。本文以A企业为例,通过分析其数字化转型历程及业财融合具体实践,发现A企业通过技术赋能、组织协同与流程优化构建了适配数字化生态的业财融合体系,有效提升了其市场份额、成本控制能力、资源配置效率及企业成长能力。在此基础上,本文提出了零售企业在数字化转型背景下推进业财融合创新的路径,以期为零售企业提供理论参考与实践启示。
Driven by the wave of digital economy, it has become an important path to improve the core competitiveness of retail enterprises by relying on the integration of business and finance to realize value reconstruction and operational efficiency improvement. Taking Enterprise A as an example, this paper analyzes its digital transformation process and specific practices of business-finance integration, and finds that Enterprise A has constructed an business-finance integration system adapted to the digital ecosystem through technological empowerment, organizational synergy, and process optimization, which has effectively improved its market share, cost control ability, resource allocation efficiency, and enterprise growth capability. On this basis, this paper proposes a path for retail enterprises to promote the innovation of business-finance integration in the context of digital transformation, with a view to providing theoretical references and practical insights for retail enterprises. %K 数字化转型, %K 业财融合, %K 零售企业
