%X 基于博弈视角&#65292;研究了OFDI的逆向技术溢出效应对吸收能力存在差异的制造业企业数字化转型策略选择的影响&#65292;以及数据采集分析水平、运营方式平台化水平、生产过程数字化水平的作用&#65292;并在此基础上进行了数值仿真分析。发现企业在激烈的市场竞争环境下是否选择转型策略&#65292;是上述因素综合作用的结果&#65292;且彼此的初始转型意愿也会发挥调节作用&#65292;研究结论为我国制造企业借助OFDI实现数字化跃升提供了借鉴。<br>Based on the game perspective, this paper studies the impact of reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI on the digital transformation strategy selection of manufacturing enterprises with different absorption capacity, as well as the effects of data collection and analysis level, operation mode platform level and production process digitization level. On this basis, numerical simulation analysis is conducted. It is found that whether enterprises choose the transformation strategy in the fierce market competition environment is the result of the comprehensive effect of the above factors, and each other&#8217;s initial transformation willingness will also play a moderating role. The research conclusion provides a reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize the digital leap with the help of OFDI.
