%X 基于中国知网(CNKI) 2000~2024年企业信息化的引文数据，借助CiteSpace对作者、机构、热点词及其演进趋势进行分析和可视化展现。研究主要发现：1) 从研究的现状来看，我国近年来信息化人力领域的发文量虽有所下降，但在20年中总体呈波浪式上升趋势。2) 从研究的热点来看，该领域的研究热点主要包括信息化中小企业、企业信息化技术管理研究。3) 从研究热点演化过程看，对信息化与IT技术结合研究是最前沿的研究；同时大数据和人工智能等高级技术的发展，会进一步推动企业信息化领域的发展，“大数据”和“人工智能”成为该领域的研究前沿。最后，研究将在对当前研究现状、热点及其演化过程分析的基础上提出展望。
Based on the citation data of enterprise informatization from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2000 to 2024, CiteSpace was used to analyze and visualize authors, institutions, hot words, and their evolution trends. The main findings of the study are as follows: 1) In terms of the current research situation, although the number of papers published in the field of information human resource management in China has decreased in the past two years, it has generally shown a wave-like upward trend over the past 20 years. 2) Regarding research hotspots, the hotspots in this field mainly include research on information-based small and medium-sized enterprises and enterprise information technology management. 3) In terms of the evolution process of research hotspots, the research on the combination of informatization and IT technology is the most cutting-edge. Meanwhile, the development of advanced technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence will further promote the development of the field of enterprise informatization, and “big data” and “artificial intelligence” have become the research frontiers in this field. Finally, the study will put forward prospects based on the analysis of the current research status, hotspots, and their evolutionary processes.
