%X 本文聚焦电子商务发展对城乡收入差距的影响，揭示其作用路径及挑战。研究表明，电商通过促进城乡市场融合、推动农村产业结构升级及优化居民消费模式，有效激活农村经济潜力，增加农民收入。然而，数字基础设施薄弱、技能代际断裂、产业链发展不均衡及市场竞争监管压力等挑战制约其普惠效应。针对上述问题，提出构建“数字基建 + 技能提升”双轮驱动体系、推动产业链全链条数字化升级及优化电商生态治理机制等对策，以弥合城乡数字鸿沟、提升产业附加值并平衡市场效率与普惠包容，为缩小城乡收入差距提供系统性解决方案，助力共同富裕目标实现。
This paper focuses on the impact of e-commerce development on urban-rural income gap, and reveals its action path and challenges. Research shows that e-commerce can effectively activate rural economic potential and increase farmers’ income by promoting the integration of urban and rural markets, promoting the upgrading of rural industrial structure and optimizing residents’ consumption patterns. However, challenges such as weak digital infrastructure, intergenerational skills fracture, unbalanced industrial chain development and regulatory pressure on market competition restrict its inclusive effect. In response to the above problems, it is proposed to build a dual-wheel drive system of “digital infrastructure + skill upgrading”, promote the digital upgrading of the entire industrial chain and optimize the ecological governance mechanism of e-commerce, so as to bridge the urban-rural digital divide, improve the added value of the industry, balance market efficiency and inclusive inclusion, provide systematic solutions to narrow the urban-rural income gap, and help achieve the goal of common prosperity.
