Research on the Asset Procurement Model of Colleges and Universities Based on E-Commerce Platform %A 周苏皖 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 3408-3416 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1451656 %X 随着教育事业的发展，高校对资产的需求日益增长。在财政资金有限的背景下，传统高校采购模式暴露出效率低下、透明度不足、监管困难等问题，难以满足高校高质量发展的需求。近年来，电商平台的快速发展为高校采购模式的转型升级提供了新的契机，能够有效解决传统采购模式中的诸多弊端。基于此，本文分析了传统高校资产采购现状及存在的问题，并通过对基于电商平台的几种典型高校采购模式进行案例研究，探讨了电商平台在高校采购中的应用优势，进一步提出了在电商环境下优化高校资产采购的具体措施，包括加强顶层设计；构建“一站式”透明采购平台；加强平台行为监管，建立动态供应商管理体系。旨在为高校采购模式的改革创新提供理论参考和实践借鉴，推动高校采购管理的数字化转型，助力高校实现资源的高效配置和可持续发展。
With the development of education, the demand for assets in universities is increasing day by day. Under the background of limited financial funds, the traditional procurement mode of colleges and universities has exposed problems such as inefficiency, lack of transparency, and difficulty in supervision, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of high-quality development of colleges and universities. In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce platforms has provided a new opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of college procurement mode, which can effectively solve many drawbacks in the traditional procurement mode. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of traditional college asset procurement, and discusses the application advantages of e-commerce platforms in college procurement through case studies of several typical college procurement modes based on e-commerce platform, and further puts forward specific measures to optimize college asset procurement under e-commerce environment, including strengthening top-level design; Build a “one-stop” transparent procurement platform; Strengthen the supervision of platform behavior and establish a dynamic supplier management system.
