This paper takes Suning as the research object, systematically analyzing the drivers, pathways, and performance impact mechanisms of its digital transformation based on enterprise transformation theory and value chain theory. The study finds that through a three-stage strategy of “internet exploration - O2O integration - smart retail,” the enterprise achieved collaborative breakthroughs in supply chain intelligence. The research reveals the core transformation path for traditional retail enterprises: technological empowerment enabling supply chain flexibility, scenario innovation driving customer value mining, and ecological collaboration enhancing operational efficiency.
