%X 乡村文化振兴是实现乡村全面振兴的内在支撑和重要组成部分，数字经济是新时代推动乡村文化全面振兴的迫切需求和强大动力。当前乡村文化发展面临文化认同危机待化解、移风易俗工作待推进、文旅融合潜力待激发等多重现实困境。乡村文化全面振兴作为农业农村实现现代化的核心支撑，需要以数字经济为关键引擎，融合数字技术以加快彰显乡村文化振兴增强文化自信与社会治理效能、推动乡村文化资源传承与创新、促进城乡资源整合与双向流动、驱动农村经济发展与就业转型的深刻价值意蕴。因此，以数字经济与数字技术赋能并推进乡村文化全面振兴需要在以下方面重点突破：夯实文化发展根基，构建数字基建与文化资源整合体系；激活文化经济价值，创新技术应用与数字产业融合模式；保障文化可持续发展，强化人才培育与乡村数字文化治理。
The revitalization of rural culture is an inherent support and important component for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization, and the digital economy is an urgent need and powerful driving force for promoting comprehensive rural cultural revitalization in the new era. The current development of rural culture is facing multiple practical challenges, such as the crisis of cultural identity that needs to be resolved, the work of changing customs and traditions that needs to be promoted, and the potential for cultural tourism integration that needs to be stimulated. The comprehensive revitalization of rural culture, as the core support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, requires the use of digital economy as the key engine, the integration of digital technology to accelerate the manifestation of rural cultural revitalization, enhance cultural confidence and social governance effectiveness, promote the inheritance and innovation of rural cultural resources, promote the integration and two-way flow of urban and rural resources, and drive the profound value implications of rural economic development and employment transformation. Therefore, empowering and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture with digital economy and digital technology requires key breakthroughs in the following areas: consolidating the foundation of cultural development, building a digital infrastructure and cultural resource integration system; Activating cultural and economic value, innovating technology application and digital industry integration mode; Ensuring sustainable cultural development, strengthening talent cultivation and rural digital cultural governance.
