High school ideological and political education is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents. It is a comprehensive and activity-oriented discipline. Issue-based teaching is a problem or theme-driven teaching model that emphasizes student participation, inquiry, initiative, and autonomy. By constructing issues around common life problems or social hot topics, it cultivates students’ ability to analyze and solve problems. During the lesson preparation phase, teachers design issues that are closely related to the course content and are open-ended, thought-provoking, and comprehensive. Additionally, teachers create inspiring teaching scenarios where they encourage students to engage in collaborative communication and discussion. This teaching method not only enhances students’ interest in learning but also guides them in cooperative learning, promoting interaction and communication among students to better solve problems. Furthermore, the application of this teaching method helps improve teachers’ professional skills, injects new vitality into the curriculum reform of ideological and political education, and further enhances the quality of education in this discipline. %K 高中思想政治教育, %K 议题式教学, %K 思想政治教育, %K 课堂教学
