Objective: To summarize the best evidence of preoperative rehabilitation for cervical spine surgery, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: Relevant guidelines, expert consensus, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and evidence summaries were retrieved, with the search time limit from inception to October 1, 2023. Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included literature, and extracted and summarized the evidence according to the topics. Results: A total of 21 pieces of evidence related to preoperative rehabilitation for cervical spine surgery were included, involving preoperative comprehensive assessment, preoperative education, behavioral intervention, preoperative exercise, risk management, preoperative analgesia, nutritional support, and psychological intervention. Conclusion: The best evidence of preoperative rehabilitation for cervical spine surgery has high credibility and applicability, and can provide reference for clinical practice. However, there are some limitations in these evidence, and more clinical research is needed to verify and improve them. In addition, the measures of preoperative rehabilitation should be selected and adjusted according to the individual situation and preference of the patients, in order to achieve the best effect. %K 术前预康复, %K 颈椎, %K 外科手术, %K 证据总结
