With the acceleration of global educational internationalization, sustainable education has become a core issue in the education of international students in China, shouldering the important mission of cultivating talents capable of addressing global challenges and promoting sustainable development. This study focuses on sustainable education and curriculum development, taking the education of international students in China as the entry point. Through case studies and in-depth interviews, it explores how to embed the concept of sustainability into the curriculum system, and summarizes practical experiences and lessons. In response to the existing problems in the sustainable education of international students in China, optimization suggestions are put forward, aiming to improve the quality of education, optimize curriculum development, and provide theoretical and practical references as well as policy recommendations for promoting its sustainable development, thus possessing significant theoretical and practical value. %K 可持续教育, %K 可持续发展目标, %K 教育公平与多样性, %K 教育的社会影响
