Exploration of Teaching Models for Financial Management Majors in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Competition-Promoted Education %A 白玉 %J Creative Education Studies %P 552-558 %@ 2331-804X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2025.135375 %X 本文探讨以赛促教背景下应用型本科院校财务管理专业教学模式的改革路径。针对培养具有创新实践能力的高素质应用型人才培养目标,学科竞赛能够有效促进理论教学与实践应用的有机融合,推动课程体系与社会需求的精准对接。通过调研近几年财务管理专业学生参加的各类竞赛、运行机制及教学模式现状,深入剖析当前教学中存在的学科竞赛与教学体系脱节、运行机制不健全、带赛教师指导能力不足等问题,从构建学科竞赛与课程教学的协同育人机制、优化学科竞赛的组织管理与激励制度、创新产教融合视域下的竞赛指导体系等维度提出了切实可行的优化方案,为培养新疆应用型本科院校财务管理专业高素质应用型人才提供了新的思路和借鉴。
This paper explores the reform path of teaching mode of financial management major in applied undergraduate colleges under the background of competition-promoted education. For the cultivation of high-quality applied talents with innovation and practice ability, discipline competition can effectively promote the organic integration of theoretical teaching and practical application, and promote the accurate docking of the curriculum system and social demand. By investigating the various types of competitions, operation mechanism and teaching mode status quo of financial management students in recent years, we analyze in depth the disconnection between discipline competitions and the teaching system, the operation mechanism is not sound, and the instructing ability of teachers with competitions is insufficient, and we put forward practical proposals from the dimensions of constructing collaborative nurturing mechanism between discipline competitions and curriculum teaching, optimizing the organization and management of discipline competitions and incentive system, and innovating competition and guidance system under the perspective of integration of industry and education.
