%X 为构建地铁工程防淹设计技术体系,避免地铁因暴雨出现水淹倒灌,从设计角度出发,对地铁规划、设计、施工和运营不同阶段的防淹设计内容要求进行较为系统地研究,全面总结分析了车站、区间、车辆基地、控制中心、主变电所等地铁重点部位的防淹设计要求和技术标准,统筹考虑海绵城市设计理念,引入植草沟、透水铺装、雨水调蓄池等防淹新措施,以期为提升地铁工程综合防淹能力提供参考。
In order to build the technology system of metro anti-flooding design and avoid flooding due to rainstorm, the anti-flooding design contents in the stages of metro planning, design, construction and operation are systematically studied from the perspective of design. The anti-flooding design requirements and technical standards of key parts of metro, such as station, section, vehicle base, control center and main substation, are comprehensively summarized and analyzed. Considering the design concept of sponge city, new anti-flooding measures such as grass planting ditch, permeable pavement and rainwater storage tank are introduced, which will provide reference for metro to improve the comprehensive anti-flooding capacity.
