%X 传统的艺术体验方式可以让大学生在动手体验的过程中感受到心理的疗愈,但是积极心理学如何融入到这种艺术体验的全过程,艺术疗愈过程是如何改善情绪和心理状态的,仅仅通过体验是很难被领悟,而通过体验式的标准化课程体系将“积极心理学 + 艺术疗愈”、“理论 + 体验”相结合,让参与者在艺术体验的过程中更加深刻地感受到心理疗愈的过程以及情绪的变化,从而能够更好地提升大学生的积极心理品质。
Traditional art experiences can enable college students to feel psychological healing through hands-on activities, yet integrating positive psychology into the entire process of art experience and comprehending how the art therapy process improves emotional and psychological states is difficult to grasp through mere experience alone. By combining standardized courses that integrate “positive psychology + art therapy” and “theory + experience”, participants can more profoundly understand the process of psychological healing and emotional changes during the art experience. This approach can better enhance college students’ positive psychological qualities.
