Research on Coupled Coordination of Digital Economy Enabling Agricultural Modernization—Taking Gansu Province as an Example %A 王静 %A 陈钰 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 2964-2973 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1451609 %X 推进农业现代化进程的关键路径在于数字经济的深度赋能,通过重构生产要素配置、提升产业链效能,成为促进农业提质增效、农民持续增收及乡村产业振兴的核心驱动力。本文基于甘肃省2014~2023年省域面板数据,构建涵盖数字基础设施、农业产出效益、数字化应用等维度的双系统评价指标体系,通过熵值法赋权与耦合协调模型,量化评估并动态监测数字经济与农业现代化两系统的演进轨迹及交互作用。实证结果表明:两系统综合发展指数均保持增长态势,但数字经济扩张速度显著快于农业转型进程,形成“数字领跑–农业追赶”的非同步演进格局。二者耦合协调度呈现阶梯式提升特征,经历从轻度失调到初级协调的演变过程,印证了数字经济对农业现代化的赋能效应逐步增强。
The key path to promote the process of agricultural modernization lies in the deep empowerment of the digital economy, which has become the core driving force to promote the quality and efficiency of agriculture, the sustained increase of farmers’ income and the revitalization of rural industries by reconfiguring the configuration of production factors and enhancing the effectiveness of the industrial chain. Based on the provincial panel data of Gansu Province from 2014 to 2023, this paper constructs a dual-system evaluation index system covering the dimensions of digital infrastructure, agricultural output and efficiency, and digital application, and quantitatively evaluates and dynamically monitors the trajectory and interaction of the two systems of digital economy and agricultural modernization through the entropy method of empowerment and the coupling coordination model. The empirical results show that the comprehensive development index of the two systems maintains the growth trend, but the expansion speed of digital economy is significantly faster than the transformation process of agriculture, forming a non-synchronous evolution pattern of “digital leading-agriculture catching up”. The coupling and coordination degree of the two systems shows a stepwise increase, and undergoes an evolutionary process from mild dysfunction to primary coordination, which confirms that the empowering effect of the digital economy on the modernization of agriculture is gradually increasing. %K 数字经济, %K 农业现代化, %K 耦合协调, %K 熵值法, %K 作用机理
