%X 家庭妇女的婚姻家庭权益保障是社会主义核心价值建设的重要内容，尤其家庭妇女因经济依赖、文化水平较低及传统性别观念束缚，长期面临婚姻地位低下、财产权益受损等问题。究其根源，传统的“男尊女卑”文化惯性削弱了妇女权益主张能力，而法律条款模糊、救济途径不畅进一步加剧权益实现困境。为此，亟需构建系统性法律保障机制。需要通过基层普法宣传、法律援助服务提升妇女法律认知与维权能力，破除观念壁垒；推动法律与社会工作协同，建立家事调解、心理支持等社会服务网络，形成“法律赋权–社会支持”的双轨保护模式。唯有法律完善与社会干预并举，方能切实保障妇女婚姻家庭权益，促进性别平等和社会和谐。
The protection of the rights of housewives in marriage and family is an important part of the construction of socialist core values. Especially for married women, due to economic dependence, limited educational attainment and the constraints of traditional gender concepts, they have long faced problems such as low marital status and damage to property rights. The root cause lies in the cultural inertia of the traditional “male superiority and female inferiority” concept, which weakens women’s ability to assert their rights. Moreover, ambiguous legal provisions and unsmooth relief channels further exacerbate the difficulty in realizing their rights. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a systematic legal protection mechanism. It is necessary to enhance women’s legal awareness and rights protection capabilities through grassroots legal education and legal aid services, and break down the barriers of concepts; promote the collaboration between law and social work, establish a social service network including family mediation and psychological support, and form a dual-track protection model of “legal empowerment-social support”. Only by combining legal improvement with social intervention can the rights and interests of women in marriage and family be effectively protected, and gender equality and social harmony be promoted.
