%X 高校在大思政格局下&#65292;各教学组织进行协同育人是必然趋势。如何有效整合资源&#65292;发挥各组织的合力作用也给高校带来挑战。高校图书馆和学院作为思政教育的主体&#65292;在思政教育中发挥着不同的作用。两者联合协同开展教育能够在高校人才培养中发挥出更大的效能。文章讨论了馆院协同开展思政教学的意义、作用和实施途径&#65292;分析存在的主要问题&#65292;并提出相应的改进措施和策略。<br>Under the great ideological and political pattern in universities, it is an inevitable trend for all teaching organizations to cooperate in educating students. How to integrate resources effectively and play the combined role of various organizations also brings challenges to universities. As the main body of ideological and political education, university libraries and colleges play different roles in ideological and political education. The education jointly carried out by the two can play a greater role in the talent training of universities. This paper discusses the significance, function and implementation ways of cooperatively carrying out ideological and political teaching, analyzes the main problems, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures and strategies.
