Cultural attachment refers to an individual&#8217;s emotional connection and identification with their own culture, which can be activated through external stimuli or situational factors, influencing cognition, emotions, and behavior. Research indicates that cultural attachment activation can enhance an individual&#8217;s sense of security through cultural symbols, language, and other cues, thereby boosting social belonging and group cohesion, and facilitating cross-cultural adaptation and cultural identity. Cultural attachment activation not only plays a role in emotional regulation and cognitive processing but also influences motivation and behavioral patterns. Future research should further investigate its cross-cultural adaptability and specific mechanisms to promote social harmony and cooperation.
