%X 随着互联网技术在商业领域的深度融合&#65292;数字经济对实体经济的影响日益显著。数字经济的快速发展不仅赋予传统实体经济新的发展机遇&#65292;同时也带来了相应的挑战。本文基于马克思政治经济学的资本流通理论&#65292;系统分析了数字经济与实体经济的内涵&#65292;阐述了二者的发展现状及融合的必要性&#65292;并在此基础上探讨了两者的融合路径。研究旨在为相关部门和企业提供决策参考&#65292;助力实体经济实现高质量发展。<br>With the deep integration of internet technology in the business sector, the impact of the digital economy on the real economy is becoming increasingly significant. The rapid development of the digital economy not only provides the traditional real economy with new development opportunities but also brings corresponding challenges. This article is based on the theory of capital circulation in Marx&#8217;s Political Economy, systematically analyzes the connotation of the digital economy and the real economy, elucidates the development status of both and the necessity of their integration, and explores the paths for their integration. The research aims to provide decision-making references for relevant departments and enterprises, assisting the real economy in achieving high-quality development.
