%X 英语写作作为中考中的重要组成部分,不仅是对学生语用能力的检验,更是对其思维逻辑、文化素养及价值观念这几方面的全面考察。本文旨在通过深入分析英语学科核心素养,探讨其在2023年重庆市初中毕业升学考试(中考)英语写作部分命题中的体现。通过对核心素养所包含的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力这四个方面的具体剖析,并结合相关教育政策,对2023年重庆中考英语写作试题进行全面评估,同时对未来英语写作命题提出建设性建议。
English writing, as an essential component of the senior high school entrance examination (Zhongkao), serves not only as a test of students’ pragmatic language abilities but also as a comprehensive assessment of their logical thinking, cultural literacy, and values. This paper aims to delve into the core competencies of English education, exploring how these are reflected in the design of the 2023 Chongqing Junior High School Graduation Examination (Zhongkao) English writing section. By meticulously analyzing the four dimensions of core competencies—linguistic competence, cultural awareness, cognitive quality, and learning ability—and integrating relevant educational policies, this study conducts a thorough evaluation of the 2023 Chongqing Zhongkao English writing tasks. Furthermore, it proposes constructive suggestions for future English writing question formulation.
