%X 随着社会经济的飞速发展,科学技术的日新月异,IT行业对从业人员的职业素养要求越来越高。而传统的高等教育模式大都注重知识的灌输与技能的训练,却忽略了对学生职业素养的培养。这导致走向社会的学生普遍职业道德缺失,团队协作能力不足,责任心不强,缺乏沟通表达能力及逻辑推理能力等诸多问题。本文通过深入挖掘IT职业素养课程中的思政元素,结合学院、书院双院协同育人理念,提出新的人才培养模式,旨在提升计算机类专业学生的综合素养和职业道德水平。研究结果表明,通过挖掘IT职业素养课程思政元素并结合双院协同育人模式,可以显著提高学生的职业素养和综合能力,这种模式将为IT行业的蓬勃发展培育更多德才兼备的高素质人才。
With the rapid development of the social economy and the ever-evolving advancements in science and technology, the IT industry is increasingly demanding in terms of the professional qualities of its employees. However, traditional higher education models mostly focus on the imparting of knowledge and the training of skills, neglecting the cultivation of students’ professional qualities. This has led to widespread issues among students entering society, such as a lack of professional ethics, insufficient team collaboration abilities, weak sense of responsibility, and deficiencies in communication skills as well as logical reasoning abilities. This article proposes a new talent training model by deeply exploring the ideological and political elements in IT professional literacy courses, combining the concept of collaborative education between colleges and academies, aiming to improve the comprehensive literacy and professional ethics of computer majors. The research results show that by exploring the ideological and political elements of IT professional literacy courses and combining the collaborative education model of the two colleges, students’ professional literacy and comprehensive abilities can be significantly improved. This model will cultivate more high-quality talents with both moral integrity and ability for the vigorous development of the IT industry.
