%X 本研究采用中国儿童青少年情绪智力测验(A-EIT)对中职生进行调查,探讨了能力型情绪智力对中职生学业成就的影响,特别是如何影响专业理论和专业技能方面。被试为浙江某地一所中职院校高一、高二800名学生。在明确了能力型情绪智力与学业成就之间的关系的基础上,进一步考察了能力型情绪智力各维度对学业成就的不同维度(基础知识、专业理论、专业技能)三个方面的预测作用。结果发现情绪智力与学业成就之间存在显著正相关,且情绪感知和情绪理解能够分别预测基础知识和专业技能。综上,本研究得出如下结论:中职生的能力型情绪智力存在性别差异;中职生情绪智力与学业成就呈显著正相关;情绪智力的维度对学业成就有显著预测作用。
This study used the Chinese Children and Adolescents Emotional Intelligence Test (A-EIT) to investigate the impact of ability emotional intelligence on the academic achievement of secondary vocational students, especially in terms of professional theory and professional skills. The subjects were 800 students in senior one and senior two of a secondary vocational college in Zhejiang Province. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between ability emotional intelligence and academic achievement, the predictive effect of ability emotional intelligence on three dimensions of academic achievement (basic knowledge, professional theory and professional skill) is further investigated. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and academic achievement, and emotional perception and emotional understanding can predict basic knowledge and professional skills, respectively. To sum up, this study draws the following conclusions: there are gender differences in the ability emotional intelligence of secondary vocational students; There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and academic achievement of secondary vocational students. The dimension of emotional intelligence has a significant predictive effect on academic achievement.
