%X 肝癌作为消化系统高发恶性肿瘤&#65292;因具有发病率高、起病隐匿、进展迅速及预后不良等临床特征&#65292;其相关防治研究已成为肿瘤学领域重点课题。目前临床诊疗体系呈现中西医协同发展趋势&#65292;在西医治疗相对局限的条件下&#65292;中医药治疗逐渐发挥出其独特优势。本文将从古今医家对肝癌病名、病因病机、辩证诊治等方面的认识与经验进行归纳总结&#65292;以期为临床中医药诊治本病提供依据。<br>As a highly prevalent malignant tumor of the digestive system, liver cancer has become a key topic in the field of oncology because of its clinical features such as high incidence, insidious onset, rapid progression and poor prognosis. At present, the clinical diagnosis and treatment system presents the development trend of synergistic Chinese and Western medicine. Under the condition of relatively limited Western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment gradually exerts its unique advantages. In this paper, the understanding and experience of liver cancer disease name, etiology, pathogenesis, dialectical diagnosis and treatment will be summarized from ancient and modern physicians in order to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.
