%X 就业对于人民的福祉至关重要,就业是最大的民生。而创业是就业的活水源泉,是城市可持续发展的动力引擎。优化农村的创业环境,不只是实现乡村振兴的前提条件,更与当前加速构筑农业现代化强国的大势相吻合。本文是根据2011年至2022年全国30个省份(区、市)的省级面板数据,研究了数字乡村建设对农村创业产生的整体效应和作用机制。研究表明:数字乡村建设对乡村创业有显著的正向作用。异质性分析显示,东部地区数字乡村建设系数大于中西部地区,表明全国数字经济建设对农村创业的促进作用呈现东部高、中西部低的特征。由此,改善农村创业环境,提升村民就业质量。有利于缩小城乡贫富差距,提高农村居民收入,助力农业农村踏上高质量发展“快车道”。
Employment is crucial for the well-being of the people. Employment is the greatest livelihood. Entrepreneurship is the lifeblood of employment and the driving force behind sustainable urban development. Optimizing the entrepreneurial environment in rural areas is not only a prerequisite for achieving rural revitalization, but also in line with the current trend of accelerating the construction of a modern agricultural power. This article studies the overall effect and mechanism of digital rural construction on rural entrepreneurship based on provincial panel data from 30 provinces (regions, cities) in China from 2011 to 2022. Research shows that digital rural construction has a significant positive effect on rural entrepreneurship. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the coefficient of digital rural construction in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions, indicating that the promotion effect of national digital economy construction on rural entrepreneurship presents a characteristic of high in the eastern region and low in the central and western regions. Thus, improving the rural entrepreneurial environment and enhancing the quality of employment for villagers. It is conducive to narrowing the wealth gap between urban and rural areas, increasing the income of rural residents, and helping agriculture and rural areas embark on the “fast lane” of high-quality development.
