%X 劳动素养是新时代人才培养的重要目标,对初中生身心健康发展具有重要意义。本研究从国际和国内双重视角探讨了劳动素养的内涵,并分析了初中生劳动素养对其心理健康的积极影响,具体表现为提升自信心与自我价值感、调节情绪与释放压力、培养责任感与社会适应能力、激发创新思维与解决问题能力、塑造独立意识与自理能力五个方面。基于此,本文从学生、学校、家庭、社会、以及四方协同五个层面提出了初中生劳动素养的培养建议,以期为促进初中生心理健康发展提供理论依据和实践指导。
Labor literacy is a crucial objective for talent development in the new era, holding significant importance for the physical and mental health development of junior high school students. This study explores the connotation of labor literacy from both international and domestic perspectives and analyzes the positive impact of labor literacy on the mental health of junior high school students. Specifically, it manifests in five aspects: enhancing self-confidence and self-worth, regulating emotions and relieving stress, fostering a sense of responsibility and social adaptability, stimulating innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and shaping independence and self-care capabilities. Based on these findings, this paper proposes recommendations for cultivating labor literacy among junior high school students from five dimensions: students, school, family, society, and the collaboration of these four parties. The aim is to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for promoting the mental health development of junior high school students.
