%X 在全球化的背景下,英语作为国际交流的重要语言,其教学过程中融入多元文化显得尤为重要。通过文献研究法,结合笔者在高中英语课堂见习中的实际观察,本文分析了文化差异、教学内容与方法的局限性以及跨文化交流能力培养的难点等挑战,并探讨了文化多样性的教学资源、提升学生全球视野以及教师专业发展等方面所带来的机遇,提出了包括教学内容多元化、教学方法创新以及跨文化交流能力培养策略在内的一系列教学策略,以期为高中英语教学提供实践指导,培养学生的跨文化交际能力,促进其全面发展。
Against the backdrop of globalization, English, as an important language for international communication, plays a significant role in integrating multicultural elements into its teaching process. Through literature research methods, combined with the author’s actual observations from internships in high school English classrooms, this paper analyzes challenges such as cultural differences, limitations in teaching content and methods, and difficulties in cultivating students’ cross-cultural communication abilities. It also explores opportunities brought about by diverse teaching resources, enhancing students’ global perspectives, and professional development of teachers. The paper proposes a series of teaching strategies, including diversifying teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and developing strategies for cross-cultural communication skills, aiming to provide practical guidance for high school English teaching, cultivate students’ cross-cultural communication abilities, and promote their comprehensive development.
