%X 本文探讨了在新工科背景下&#65292;数学建模课程在培养高素质新型军事人才中的教学改革与实践。针对当前数学建模教学中存在的问题&#65292;提出了以立德树人为根本、以实际应用为牵引、以学生兴趣为突破、以能力培养为抓手的改革思路。通过重构教学内容、创新教学方法、强化实践教学、锤炼师资队伍等措施&#65292;培养学员的科学思维、创新意识和团队精神&#65292;提高学员的综合分析能力、信息处理能力和实践动手能力。<br>This paper explores the teaching reform and practice of mathematical modeling courses in the context of New Engineering to cultivate high-quality new-type military talents. In response to current issues in mathematical modeling teaching, a reform approach is proposed. This approach emphasizes moral education, practical application, student interest, and capability cultivation. Through measures such as restructuring teaching content, innovating teaching methods, strengthening practical teaching, and refining faculty teams, the reform aims to develop students&#8217; scientific thinking, innovative awareness, and teamwork spirit, and enhance their comprehensive analytical, information processing, and practical skills.
