%X 在“立德树人”的教育根本任务指导下,强化学校德育工作,提高学生思想道德水平,已成为学校工作的核心内容。德育管理作为学校德育的重要组成部分,要求教师在过程中坚持正确的学生观,挖掘自身创造力潜能,并统筹协调德育管理各要素。本文通过构建系统性理论框架,深入分析德育管理与教师创造力的互动关系,并结合陶行知“生活即教育”理念,提出具体实践路径与案例分析,为德育管理的创新提供理论支持与实践指导。
Under the guidance of the fundamental educational task of “cultivating virtue and nurturing talent”, strengthening school moral education and enhancing students’ ideological and moral standards have become critical components of school work. Moral education management, as a vital part of this process, requires teachers to adhere to a correct view of students, tap their creative potential, and coordinate various elements of moral education. This paper constructs a systematic theoretical framework to explore the intrinsic relationship between moral education management and teachers’ creativity. It further refines the application of Tao Xingzhi’s “life as education” theory, providing concrete case studies and operational guidelines to innovate moral education practices.
