The OBE concept is also known as the results-oriented education concept, which specifically refers to the focus on learning output. The education link sets the development orientation of students around students’ learning outcomes, and pays great attention to students’ learning feedback and development ability. The organic application of this teaching concept in the integration of talent literacy education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities can make the professional ability of medical students more relaxed and skilled, and effectively avoid the disorder of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking of students as they gradually deepen their learning. Based on this, this paper uses the research theory of OBE to organically integrate talent literacy and innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities, focusing on the specific implementation of the integration of talent literacy and “mass innovation” in medical colleges and universities, seeking the teaching means that are most compatible with OBE theory, and creating appropriate medical talent literacy and innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is of practical significance to optimize the teaching feedback and daily management of college students. %K OBE, %K 创新创业教育, %K 高等教育
