%X “托幼一体化”是破解我国0~6岁婴幼儿照护与教育割裂问题的关键路径,而高职院校学前教育专业群作为托幼人才供给的主体之一,亟需通过系统性改革实现高质量建设。本文通过比较芬兰、日本、英国等国的托幼一体化政策经验,结合昆明幼儿师范高等专科学校的实践案例,提出以“课程重构–师资升级–区域协同”为核心的创新路径,为我国高职院校托幼一体化人才培养提供理论与实践参考。
“Integrated Childcare and Education” is a key path to solving the problem of 0~6-year-old infant care and education in China, and the preschool education professional group of higher vocational colleges and universities, as one of the main bodies of the supply of childcare talents, urgently needs to achieve high-quality construction through systematic reform. By comparing the experience of the policy of childcare integration in Finland, Japan, the United Kingdom and other countries, and combining the practical cases of Kunming Early Childhood Normal College, this article puts forward an innovative path with “curriculum restructuring-teacher upgrading-regional coordination” as the core, and provides theoretical and practical reference for the cultivation of childcare integration in China’s higher vocational colleges and universities.
