Research on Multi-Dimensional Evaluation System of Scientific Research Projects in Power Enterprises Based on G1-DEMATEL %A 张再伟 %A 林佳根 %A 柳建蓉 %J Modern Management %P 171-181 %@ 2160-732X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/mm.2025.155141 %X 随着电力行业竞争的加剧和科技更新换代速度的加快,电力企业科研项目的高效管理和科学评价变得至关重要。为此,本文针对电力企业科研项目的特点,将其分为理论研究类、应用研究类、产品研究类和其他类;基于科技项目的推进流程,从立项水平、实施水平、实施成效三个维度出发,构建了各类项目的评价指标体系;运用G1-DEMATEL法对各类项目的指标进行赋权,并将权重换算为百分制,以提高实际评价过程中的便捷性和可操作性。该评价体系能够全面、客观地反映电力企业科研项目的实际情况,为企业的科研决策提供有力支持,对提升电力企业科研管理水平和创新能力具有重要的参考价值。
As competition in the power industry intensifies and technology advances rapidly, the efficient management and scientific evaluation of power enterprise scientific research projects have become crucial. This paper addresses the characteristics of power enterprise scientific research projects, categorizing them into theoretical research, applied research, product research, and others. Based on the project advancement process, evaluation indicator systems are constructed from three dimensions: project initiation level, implementation level, and implementation effectiveness. The G1-DEMATEL method is employed to weight the indicators, with weights converted to a percentage scale for ease of use in evaluations. This evaluation system provides a comprehensive and objective assessment of power enterprise scientific research projects, offering strong support for research decisions and enhancing management and innovation capabilities. %K 电力企业, %K 科研项目分类, %K 项目评价, %K G1-DEMATEL法
