With the upgrading of residents’ consumption levels and the rise of the “stay-at-home economy”, the prepared dishes industry has emerged as a pivotal growth driver in China’s food sector. As a national hub for agricultural production and processing, Hebei Province holds inherent advantages in developing this industry. However, challenges persist, including fragmented industrial chains with value-added outflow, lagging product standardization accompanied by recurrent safety issues, and insufficient talent pools and innovation capacity. The coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei provides unique location advantages and policy opportunities for the prefabricated vegetable industry in Hebei Province. This article is based on the perspective of collaborative development, systematically analyzing the development advantages and bottlenecks of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Hebei Province, and proposing countermeasures such as the integration of the entire industry chain, standardization construction, construction of talent attraction and education mechanisms, and cultural empowerment, in order to provide reference for the collaborative development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination. %K 预制菜， %K 河北省， %K 京津冀协同， %K 标准化， %K 冀菜
