The international translation of Shu brocade and embroidery plays a crucial role in promoting cultural exchange between China and other countries and enhancing global recognition. Based on Skopos Theory, this paper examines the translation of promotional texts on Shu brocade and embroidery as case studies. It explores how translators, within the context of cross-cultural communication, employ lexical, syntactic, and discourse-level strategies to ensure textual coherence and accurately convey cultural connotations.
