Research on the Case Management Model of Social Work Intervention for Children of Migrant Workers Suffering from School Bullying—Taking Dongguan D Middle School as an Example %A 胡丽娜 %A 张玉群 %A 朱新彤 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 407-419 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ass.2025.145409 %X 随着城市化进程的加快,随迁子女在新环境中的适应问题日益凸显,尤其是校园欺凌问题对其心理健康和社会适应能力造成严重影响。本文以东莞市D中学的社会工作介入实践为例,以危机介入模式、认知行为疗法和生态系统理论为基础,探讨社会工作者如何通过个案管理模式从服务对象个人、家庭、学校及社区层面介入随迁子女被校园欺凌的问题,并评估其成效。研究发现,该介入模式的介入能有效改善随迁子女的心理状态,提升其社交能力,并构建支持网络,为随迁子女的健康成长提供有力支持。
With the acceleration of urbanization, the adaptation of children of migrant workers to the new environment has become increasingly prominent, especially the problem of school bullying has a serious impact on their mental health and social adaptability. Based on the crisis access model, cognitive behavioral therapy and ecosystem theory, this paper explores how social workers can intervene in the problem of children of migrant workers being bullied in school from the individual, family, school and community levels of service users through the case management model, and evaluate its effectiveness. The study found that the intervention of this intervention model can effectively improve the psychological state of children of migrant workers, enhance their social skills, and build a support network to provide strong support for the healthy growth of children of migrant workers. %K 社会工作, %K 校园欺凌, %K 随迁子女, %K 个案管理
