%X 在新质生产力重塑教育生态的变革期,民办高校帮扶体系面临数字化转型与育人模式创新的双重挑战。针对现有帮扶模式存在的技术渗透不足、资源整合低效、产教协同薄弱等痛点,亟需构建智能驱动、多维联动的现代化帮扶体系。本文立足经济支持、精神引领、能力赋能三大维度,提出适配民办高校特质的发展型资助工作路径。将经济解困、价值塑造和素质提升有机融合,着力破解保障型资助“重救济轻发展”的现实困境,研究成果为民办高校优化新质生产力背景下的资助育人体系提供参考,助力培养符合新时代要求的高素质创新型人才。
In the transformative era where New Quality Productive Forces are reshaping the educational ecosystem, private universities’ student support systems face dual challenges of digital transformation and innovation in talent cultivation models. Addressing persistent pain points in existing support mechanisms, such as inadequate technological integration, inefficient resource allocation, and fragmented industry-education collaboration, there is an urgent need to develop an intelligent-driven, multi-dimensional synergistic support framework. Grounded in three pillars, economic assistance, ideological guidance, and capacity empowerment, this study proposes a developmental funding pathway tailored to the distinctive characteristics of private universities. By organically integrating economic relief, value cultivation, and competency enhancement, it aims to resolve the inherent limitations of security-oriented support systems that prioritize immediate aid over sustainable development. The findings provide actionable insights for optimizing funding-based education systems in private universities under the New Quality Productive Forces paradigm, ultimately fostering the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents aligned with the demands of the new era.
