%X 亲密关系在个体一生中占据关键地位，不可或缺。依范畴可划分为广义与狭义两类，其内涵丰富多元。历经数十年发展，心理学家对亲密关系的研究持续深入，日益贴近现实生活情境。在理论层面，社会交换理论、相互依赖理论、依恋风格理论从不同维度阐释亲密关系的形成、维系与发展机制，为理解这一复杂关系提供理论基石。国内外学者踊跃投身该领域研究，从人格、归因、行为等诸多角度深入探析，不断拓展亲密关系的内涵边界，为促进个体良好亲密关系构建与社会和谐发展贡献力量。
Intimate relationships hold a pivotal and indispensable role throughout an individual’s lifespan. These relationships can be categorized into broad and narrow conceptual domains, encompassing rich and multifaceted dimensions. Over decades of development, psychological research on intimate relationships has progressively deepened, increasingly aligning with real-life contexts. Theoretically, social exchange theory, interdependence theory, and attachment style theory elucidate the formation, maintenance, and developmental mechanisms of intimate relationships from distinct perspectives, offering foundational frameworks for understanding this complex phenomenon. Scholars worldwide have actively contributed to this field, exploring diverse aspects including personality traits, attribution patterns, and behavioral dynamics, thereby expanding the conceptual boundaries of intimate relationships and advancing both individual well-being and societal harmony.
