%X 随着网络和通讯技术的发展，智能手机在给人们的日常生活带来便利的同时，也以其携带方便和强大的功能潜移默化地改变着人们的日常行为和习惯，但同时也可能导致用户对手机的过度使用和对手机的依赖等一系列问题手机的使用。其中，无手机恐惧是一种普遍存在的问题性手机使用，是一种由无法使用手机或者手机不在身边所诱发的焦虑和不安状态。本文旨在从无手机恐惧研究概念的提出、相关的理论研究以及测量方式进行探讨，以分析国内外对于无手机恐惧问题研究的现状以及不足。未来还需要进一步深化对无手机恐惧概念的界定，优化测量工具，扩大研究对象的范围，更加关注青少年群体及老年群体，同时增加干预性的研究。
With the development of network and communication technology, while smartphones bring convenience to people’s daily lives, they also subtly change people’s daily behaviors and habits with their convenient portability and powerful functions. At the same time, they also subtly change people’s daily behaviors and habits. However, at the same time, they may also lead to a series of problematic mobile phone usage issues, such as overuse and dependence on mobile phones. Among them, fear of not having a mobile phone is a common problem in mobile phone use, which is an anxiety and unease state induced by the inability to use a mobile phone or the absence of a mobile phone. To analyze the current situation and shortcomings of research on mobile phones both domestically and abroad, this paper attempts to investigate the idea, theoretical research, and measurement methods related to the study of fear of mobile phones. In the future, it is necessary to further deepen the definition of the concept of fear of mobile phones, optimize measurement tools, expand the scope of research subjects, pay more attention to the youth and elderly groups, and increase intervention research.
