%X 目前，诸多外卖服务平台在相关市场肆意滥用自身的支配地位，运用差异化收费策略、拖延商家入驻流程等手段频繁实施排他性交易行为。研究此问题的焦点在于：在当前电商环境下，排他性交易行为如何影响市场竞争与经济效率，以及现有的反垄断规制体系应如何优化以应对此类行为？因此应从剖析平台的具体排他性行为入手，通过收集市场数据、案例分析，结合相关经济理论，探究其对市场结构、商家利益、消费者福利以及创新动力的影响。研究结论表明，随着用户数量持续攀升，电商平台理应借助技术创新与服务优化来赢取竞争优势，而非诉诸限制竞争的排他性策略。排他性交易行为不仅阻碍市场的公平竞争，还损害了商家与消费者的权益。故而，深入探究排他性交易行为的反垄断规制，在理论层面有助于丰富反垄断经济学理论，在实践层面能够为监管部门制定科学有效的政策提供有力支撑，具有极为重要的理论与实践双重价值。
Nowadays, numerous food delivery service platforms have been abusing their dominant positions in the relevant market, frequently engaging in exclusive trading practices through differential pricing strategies and delaying the process of merchant onboarding. The focus of this study is on how exclusive trading practices affect market competition and economic efficiency in the current e-commerce environment, and how the existing anti-monopoly regulatory system should be optimized to address such behaviors. Therefore, the approach should begin with an analysis of the specific exclusive behaviors of platforms, through the collection of market data, case studies, and the application of relevant economic theories, to explore their impact on market structure, merchant interests, consumer welfare, and innovation incentives. The research findings indicate that as the number of users continues to rise, e-commerce platforms should rely on technological innovation and service optimization to gain a competitive advantage, rather than resorting to exclusive strategies that restrict competition. Exclusive trading practices not only hinder fair market competition but also harm the rights and interests of merchants and consumers. Thus, an in-depth exploration of the anti-monopoly regulation of exclusive trading practices is theoretically beneficial for enriching anti-monopoly economic theories and, in practical terms, can provide strong support for regulatory authorities to formulate scientific and effective policies, possessing significant theoretical and practical value.
