%X 羊栖菜富含多种营养素与活性物质,是我国重要的经济海藻。本文对其所含的主要组分如羊栖菜多糖、氨基酸、矿物质、微量元素及有害物质等的分离纯化方法的研究进展进行了综述。羊栖菜含褐藻糖胶、硫酸多糖及必需氨基酸等活性成分,具有抗肿瘤和免疫调节功能,其中微波辅助萃取法多糖提取率达18.82%。通过EDTA-2Na-超声联合技术可有效去除重金属污染,为羊栖菜资源的进一步开发和安全利用奠定了基础。
Sargassum fusiforme is rich in a variety of nutrients and active substances, and is an important economic seaweed in China. In this paper, the research progress of the isolation and purification methods of the main components such as polysaccharides, amino acids, minerals, trace elements and harmful substances contained in Cephalopods is reviewed. Sargassum fusiforme contains bioactive components such as fucoidan, sulfated polysaccharides, and essential amino acids, exhibiting antitumor and immunomodulatory activities, with a microwave-assisted extraction achieving a polysaccharide yield of 18.82%. The study developed an EDTA-2Na-ultrasonic combined technology to effectively remove heavy metal contaminants. It lays the foundation for the further development and safe utilization of Sargassum fusiforme resources.
