%X 胆石症&#65292;也称胆石病&#65292;是指在胆囊或胆管中形成的结石所引起的疾病。这些结石主要由胆固醇、胆红素和钙盐等物质组成&#65292;可以引起胆道阻塞、胆囊炎、胆管炎和胰腺炎等并发症。胆石症的发病原因多样&#65292;包括遗传因素、饮食习惯、肥胖、糖尿病、快速减肥、多次妊娠等。该文综述了近年来国内外有关单味中药及复方调控肠道菌群及相关治疗胆石症的最新研究成果&#65292;以期为中药治疗胆石症临床实践和相关新药研发提供一定的理论参考。<br>Cholelithiasis, also known as gallstone disease, is a condition caused by stones that form in the gallbladder or bile ducts. These stones are mainly made up of substances such as cholesterol, bilirubin, and calcium salts, which can cause complications such as biliary obstruction, cholecystitis, cholangitis, and pancreatitis. The causes of cholelithiasis are varied, including genetic factors, dietary habits, obesity, diabetes, rapid weight loss, multiple pregnancies, etc. This paper reviews the latest research results on the regulation of intestinal microbiota and related treatment of gallstone disease by single herbs and compound formulas at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gallstone disease and the research and development of related new drugs.
