Research on the Current Status and Strategies of Class Rule Implementation for Senior Kindergarten Children—Taking C Kindergarten in Shihe District, Xinyang City as an Example %A 王笑笑 %J Advances in Education %P 407-412 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.155774 %X 大班的幼儿即将进入小学阶段,在此阶段中,强化幼儿遵守班级规则可以帮助幼儿适应小学生活,从而为幼小衔接打下良好的基础。本研究以3位教师和21位幼儿为研究对象,运用自然观察法对大班幼儿一日生活规则执行现状进行研究。根据具体案例对大班幼儿班级规则执行中的问题进行深入分析,发现幼儿出现践行规则较弱原因主要包括大班幼儿班级规则执行个体差异与家庭教育的交互影响、大班幼儿教师干预不及时与家园协同的断层以及大班幼儿班级规则社会文化因素的隐性渗透,最后针对大班幼儿规则执行较弱原因的分析,提出一些优化策略。
Senior kindergarten children are on the verge of entering primary school. During this stage, reinforcing children’s adherence to class rules can help them adapt to primary school life and lay a solid foundation for the transition from kindergarten to primary school. This study takes three teachers and 21 children as research subjects and employs naturalistic observation to investigate the current status of class rule implementation among senior kindergarten children. Based on specific cases, the study conducts an in-depth analysis of the issues in class rule implementation among senior kindergarten children. It is found that the main reasons for weak rule implementation among children include the interaction between individual differences in rule implementation and family education, untimely teacher intervention and disconnection between home and school collaboration, and the implicit influence of sociocultural factors on class rules. Finally, based on the analysis of the reasons for weak rule implementation, some optimization strategies are proposed. %K 大班幼儿, %K 班级规则, %K 班级规则教育
