In the context of the new era, moral education is an essential component of students’ comprehensive development. Currently, there are several issues in primary school homeroom teachers’ moral education work, including a growing tendency toward formalism, monotonous approaches to moral education, weak professional foundations among teachers, and insufficient home-school collaboration. Based on Noddings’ care theory, this paper advocates deepening emotional connections between teachers and students, integrating emotional nurturing with practical moral education, promoting the professional development of homeroom teachers, and enhancing collaborative home-school education. %K 班主任, %K 小学德育, %K 诺丁斯关怀理论, %K 实践策略
