%X 新时代背景下&#65292;德育的培养是学生全面发展必不可少的环节。当前&#65292;小学班主任德育工作存在形式主义倾向抬头、德育方式单一、教师专业基础薄弱、家校协同不充分等问题。基于诺丁斯关怀理论&#65292;主张深化师生情感连接、实现德育情感培育与实践化、推动班主任专业化发展以及推进家校育人协同化。<br>In the context of the new era, moral education is an essential component of students&#8217; comprehensive development. Currently, there are several issues in primary school homeroom teachers&#8217; moral education work, including a growing tendency toward formalism, monotonous approaches to moral education, weak professional foundations among teachers, and insufficient home-school collaboration. Based on Noddings&#8217; care theory, this paper advocates deepening emotional connections between teachers and students, integrating emotional nurturing with practical moral education, promoting the professional development of homeroom teachers, and enhancing collaborative home-school education.
