%X 目的&#65306;构建西部民族地区医疗机构的老年心理服务评价指标体系。方法&#65306;采用文献收集、Delphi专家咨询法等&#65292;设计西部民族地区医疗机构的老年心理服务评价指标体系的问卷。结果&#65306;本研究通过2次Delphi专家咨询法最终明确了西部民族地区老年心理服务评价指标体系&#65292;主要含有3个一级指标&#65292;具体是&#65306;结构指标、过程指标和结果指标&#65292;另外还包括10个二级指标&#65292;37个三级指标。结论&#65306;西部民族地区医疗机构的老年心理服务评价指标体系具有一定的代表性和科学性&#65292;为评价和完善西部民族地区老年心理服务体系建设提供量化参考依据。<br>Objective: To construct an evaluation indicator system for elderly psychological services in healthcare institutions within ethnic minority regions of Western China. Methods: A questionnaire for the evaluation indicator system was developed through literature review and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Results: The finalized evaluation indicator system comprises three first-level indicators (structure, process, and outcome indicators), 10 second-level indicators, and 37 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The developed system demonstrates representativeness and scientific validity, providing a quantitative reference for evaluating and improving elderly psychological service systems in ethnic minority regions of Western China.
